HSE Professional
Would you like to join our team of HSE professionals working in the NCE regions. Your daily work will be on site, and in close cooperation with especially site manager and site supervisor. Additionally, you will have very close contact with all other groups on site.
The job starts in March.
An operational role with high impact
You will have an operational role on site, with a lot of interface with the different working groups. You will have a strong network onsite, and also remote support from regional Safety coordinators. All this is today a very well driven HSE organization. Your main role will be on site, to see the hazard and make proactively solutions, so the construction work can continue unaffected.
Your responsibility’s and daily work will also include
- Ensure positive HSE approach for the different companies on site. Deliver HSE support and understanding of rules, problem solving and positive approach towards HSE issues.
- Report all Hazards Observations Near Misses and Incident.
- Ensure that all personnel have sufficient training, permits, and when needed, medical certificates for the task.
- Collect and compile risk assessments
- Drive (Manage) incident investigation and reporting in systems, to ensure closure through identification of root causes
- Provide a proactive approach to identify potential safety risks and assist, in development for safe solutions.
- Discuss reported incidents and relevant information with site personal and consult if needed with regional Safety coordinators department if needed.
- Ownership for and functionality of site Emergency Response Plan.
HSE experience, proactive mindset and a team player are preferable
- Advanced Technical degree in Health & Safety engineering related field, or documented relevant experience in wind, energy, industrial or civil construction sites.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and regulations for local country / region.
- Knowledge of driving HSE processes and procedures on site.
- Experience in conducting inspections and audits.
- Good communications skills and fluted in English.
- Can work structured.
